What is Everbright?
Everbright is a mindset-first shop for creators and entrepreneurs—mixing message-driven apparel with practical tools and digital guides that help you build with conviction.

How is Everbright connected to SuccessBlueprints.org?
Everbright is our publishing & products brand. SuccessBlueprints.org is our editorial home (essays, frameworks, and resources). Same mission—different formats.

How do I contact you?
Email contact-everbrightpublishing@successblueprints.org. We reply Monday–Friday (UK time), usually within 1–2 business days.



Orders & Shipping (Apparel)

Where do you ship from?
Apparel is printed on-demand and fulfilled by our production partners at facilities closest to your destination where possible.

How long will my order take?
Production typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping timing depends on the destination and carrier. You’ll receive tracking when it ships.

Customs, duties, VAT?
Any import duties or local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Where required, VAT/taxes are calculated at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If production/shipping hasn’t started, we’ll do our best—email us ASAP with your order number.



Digital Downloads & Access

Are your products digital or physical?
We sell both: digital products (e.g., PDFs, ZIPs, audio/video) and physical apparel. Each listing states what’s included.

How do I receive digital products?
Instantly after checkout via the confirmation page and an email with your download link(s). File types are listed on each product page.

Why did I receive a PDF with a link instead of the full files?
Large bundles/courses may include a small PDF that contains a private download link to the full files—this keeps delivery fast and reliable.

I can’t open or access my files—what should I do?
Email us within 14 days and we’ll fix access or replace corrupted files quickly.



Licenses & Usage (Digital Items)

What can I do with Everbright digital products?
Your purchase includes:

  • Personal Use: Use within your own life/business internally.
  • Commercial (Internal/Client) Use: You may use the content within services for your clients (strategy, deliverables, implementation). You may not provide or resell the raw files.

What’s not allowed?
No reselling, sharing, redistributing, sublicensing, or claiming files as your own. Don’t list our files as new digital products or include them in PLR/MRR/template packs or marketplaces. Do not hand over raw source files to clients.

Can my team use one license?
One purchase = one seat. Contact us for team or multi-seat options.



Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Do you accept returns on digital items?
Digital purchases are non-refundable once any file has been downloaded. If a file is corrupted/incorrect or you can’t access it, contact us within 14 days and we’ll resolve it fast.

My apparel arrived damaged or incorrect—what now?
We’ll make it right. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Do you accept returns if I change my mind or picked the wrong size?
No. Because our apparel is printed on demand, we can’t accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or wrong size/fit. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.



Apparel: Sizing & Care

How do I choose the right size?
Each apparel product page includes a size chart. Measure a favourite garment and compare for best fit.

How should I care for my apparel?
Wash cold, inside-out. Tumble low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print.



Billing, Discounts & Taxes

What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards and accelerated checkouts supported by Shopify in your region (e.g., Shop Pay, Paypal, etc).

How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code at checkout before payment. Most codes can’t be combined or applied retroactively.

No. Our products and content are educational. They are not legal, medical, tax, or financial advice. Results vary based on individual effort and context.



Returns & Refunds (Apparel & Physical Items)


Because our apparel is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, ordered the wrong size/fit, or buyer’s remorse.
We’re happy to replace items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect—contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Digital Products
All digital items are final sale once any file has been downloaded. If a file is corrupted/incorrect or you can’t access it, email us within 14 days and we’ll fix it fast.
