Do I need to have an account to order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX. Additionally, we also accept PayPal payments.

What is the origin of the shipments?

Our shipments originate from our partnered factories located in various locations. Therefore, if you order multiple items, please anticipate that they may be shipped separately as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

What is the estimated delivery time for my items?

Generally, you can expect your physical items to arrive within 8–12 business days, depending on your location and the product type.

Digital products, however, are delivered instantly via email or download link right after your purchase is completed.

Do you offer international shipping?

Absolutely! We provide worldwide shipping to all countries. What's even better is that our tracked shipping service is free of charge.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If production/shipping hasn’t started, we’ll do our best—email us ASAP with your order number.

How do I receive digital products?

Instantly after checkout via the confirmation page and an email with your download link(s). File types are listed on each product page.

Do you accept returns on digital items?

Digital purchases are non-refundable once any file has been downloaded. If a file is corrupted/incorrect or you can’t access it, contact us within 14 days and we’ll resolve it fast.

What license comes with Everbright digital products?

Every digital item includes Personal Use (use in your life/business internally) and Commercial (Internal/Client) Use — you can use the content inside services you deliver to clients (strategy, deliverables, implementation).

No reselling, sharing, redistributing, sublicensing, or claiming as your own. Don’t give clients the raw files.

Do you accept returns or exchanges for apparel?

Because our apparel is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, ordered the wrong size/fit, or buyer’s remorse.
We’re happy to replace items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect—contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

How long do I have to return a physical item (excluding POD apparel)?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any eligible physical product. Please note that print-on-demand (POD) apparel and digital products are generally non-returnable.

What are the requirements for returning a physical product?

The item must be unused, undamaged, and sent back in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error.

How do I start a return?

Contact our Customer Support team within the 30-day return period. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

How long will it take to get my refund?

After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to finalize the transaction.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

To exchange, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the replacement product. (Exchanges are not available for POD or digital items.)

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
